REFUND POLICY
Players and parents have the opportunity to receive a refund in full or partial if one of the following refund requirements have been met.

100% minus a $10 service fee if:
Medical emergency, (0) games have been played (Dr’s note required)
Moving out of the St Charles area, (0) games have been played

50% refund given if:
You chooses not to play before the 1st game for any reason other than the above and (0) games have been played

No refund given if:
You have played 1 or more games
Season ends with incomplete game(s)

Fees that are paid by Team:
No refund from OCAC. Contact your team manager.
